Welcome Jean Yves to Reegers Farm!
We are very happy to have Jean Yves working with us to bring you the best bread
in town! The breads/rolls he produces changes each week. Be
sure to call by the date mentioned to place an order. In June, he will be
with us at the Indiana Farmers Market on Saturdays also. Our lunch
sandwiches are served on his delicious breads and rolls also...a pure delight!

Dough: I rarely bake with White Flour only.
My breads contain at least 20% of Whole Wheat Flour (most of them 50%).
My breads are made with simple ingredients.
I use no chemicals. I am
still looking for a competitive source of Organic Flours.
Storage: Bread freezes well.
If you do not eat up a loaf of bread within 3 days, freeze it.
For a Sandwich Loaf, it is a good idea to slice it first and store 2
slices at a time in a small freezer bag.
To revive frozen Baguettes and Round Loaves, heat them 10 to 20 minutes
in the oven set at 300˚ F. For
a frozen Bun: 30 seconds in the microwave oven will do.
